We are not only mandated toprevent and suppress fire, but we are also ought to disseminate information onfire prevention, process fire safety inspection certificate for establishments,also includes monthly reports and compliances – these things will surely causeyour head to burst and your mind to be loaded. Hence, SUPT MORRONDOZ chose thistopic to share ways to reduce stress. These simple ways might be able to helpus to have a peaceful mind, reduce our anxiety and make our head feel relieved.
